Why? Because you may land into a big trouble if you don't you may be stripped to deep poverty Don't  take them for granted.Lets balance your RIGHTS and HIS/HER RIGHTS. 

1.He/She has the RIGHT to look  for a job.              2.He/She does not have  RIGHTS  TO STEAL DESTROY  LIE.                                                              3.NOT  TO STEAL even when the Unemployed  is hungry,the Unemployed  does not have the RIGHT to steal food.                                                    4.NOT TO DESTROY.                                                      Pain,hunger, anger may resort to destruction. The  Law will outweighs the Reason.                      5.NOT TO LIE                                                                 Lies are interrupted as misrepresentation of the truth.So the court  removes such people from  the society.Its not good that your freedom  is taken away.
